Q: How do I create an account?

A: During your first order, checkout as a guest. During the process you will be prompted to store your information for future purchases and create a password.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Shipping within the continental U.S. is free for orders of $50.00 or more. Orders less than $50.00 have a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge within the U.S. Currently international shipping and shipping to U.S. territories and protectorates is not available.

Q: How long until my order ships?

A: Orders ship within 3 business days.

Q: Where's my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will be emailed the tracking information and provided with a link to track your orders. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Our return process is simple. Please contact service@nyconcept.com and request to return the item. Please provide your order number. We will provide a shipping label for you to return the item to us. All orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an item is deemed defective.

Refunds are evaluated based on the condition of the returned product. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all opened products unless the item is deemed defective.

Q: I have had my item longer than 30 days and it is defective, how do I return it?
